Project Ironwood – Coupland, Texas

Wright Way Construction’s first project moving the LORD’s earth. To level out the land, we moved an estimated 750 cubic yards of dirt. After installation of a 20’x 12″culvert, we laid out a full roll of Tensar geogrid before import of 100 tons of 1″ gravel and to close the ends of the culvert, we wrapped them with 10 tons of 10″ riprap for beauty and durability.

Project Charleston – Taylor, Texas

A beautiful home requires a beautiful hardscape. We were invited to complete a driveway and improve drainage at this custom home by Bard Construction. We began by cutting the topsoil and placing it in the island. Behind the home is a channel created for water runoff away from the foundation. After installation of a 20’x12″ culvert, we imported 190 tons of 1″ gravel which made for 6″ thick drives and closed the ends of the culvert with 10 tons of 10″ riprap. For the Wright finish, we seeded all areas of topsoil cut/fill.

Lerma Pond – Manor, Texas

It started as a dinner conversation with the Lerma family. Wright Way Construction turned this natural ravine into an efficient stock tank with its spillway overflow leading into the adjacent pond. The average depth is 10 feet; the diameter of the pond is 375 feet, and the sloping is protected by erosion control blankets rated for aggressive slopes.

Project Lorson

This residential driveway replacement began with cracked and unstable pavement due to a sub-par installation. After protecting the garage and demolishing the existing concrete, we leveled the area, placed and compacted 6″ road base, and poured new concrete within three days, start-to-finish! The solid new driveway with proper subgrade and sufficient rebar will maintain its strength for years to come.
